Making Waves at Crystal Cove – A Day of Aloha with Hawaiian VikingsThis past weekend, we spent the day soaking up sun, salt, and smiles at Crystal Cove in Newport Beach, and it was everything we needed and more. With our girls Valkyrie and Freyja leading the way, it turned into the perfect mix of playtime, purpose, and pure aloha.The tidepools were alive with little sea creatures, and the girls were right there with them—splashing, exploring, and getting their feet (and half their clothes) soaked. Between cannonballs into the waves and sandy treasure hunts, they also found time to do something pretty awesome—handing out free Hawaiian Vikings shirts to beachgoers to spread the word about their brand.People were curious, kind, and totally stoked to learn about the girls' collections—Sugar Shack Tropicals, Legends of the Deep, and Aloha Valkyrie—each one reflecting their love for nature, strength, and creativity. It was heartwarming to see the smiles, hear the encouraging words, and watch our daughters shine doing what they love.We were there as a full crew—James (Dad), Anna (Mom), Eric (Grandpa), and Leslir (Grandma)—cheering them on, carrying snacks, and taking way too many photos. Honestly, it didn’t feel like work at all. It felt like a memory in the making.To everyone who crossed paths with us at Crystal Cove—thank you for the love, the conversations, and the good energy.
